I use this bag for my laptop and file folders, pens, supplies etc. I had to return the first bag within a month because the straps stretch, become thin, and rip apart at the metal ring holding them to the bag. The second bag, which I've had several months has also begun to tear at the straps. I've been an FC customer for years and own several bags, but this one falls short of their usual quality standards. It can hold a great deal of material, but can not support that material.

I love the look of the bag, but the straps are not strong enough to support the weight of a laptop. They stretch to the point of breaking.

I liked this bag because it was stylish. I received many compliments. In fact, it is spacious and comfortable to carry.

However, like other reviewers, the straps cannot handle the weight. Each day I carried my laptop and enough folders/papers to fit in the bag (and close it). While it may have been heavy, the strength of the straps should match the size/space of the bag. After about 8 months I noticed the fraying of the straps in small areas.

Because it's been just over a year, FC will not replace it. It is beyond repair by a shoe/luggage guy, and the straps simply need replacement, which they do not do. I guess I have to buy a new one. Disappointing.

I use this bag for daily activities. It matched my planner perfectly and I am able to get all my "stuff" in it with room to spare.

I love this bag, it gets complimented everywhere I go. I love that it is light weight and has a pop of color, there are just too many black and brown bags out there. Perhaps the pockets could be slightly redesigned but overall I am happy with this purchase. I use this bag daily to get me to and from the office.

This bag is excellent for laptops but still has room for other items including notebooks. It has a great strap length and can stand up on its own.

The handles on this bag lasted less then 6 months, when I called to tell them about the poor quality (first time that has happened from Franklin Covey)they offered to replace the bag, now it is doing the samething, only worse. Bag is not worth the money (at any dollar amount).

I bought this bag for my daughter. Within 3 months the straps frayed and completely fell apart. Returned it for another and within 60 days the straps did the exact thing. Now, because she is out of state, I ordered her another bag and she will need to send me the damaged bag in order for me to return it (Franklin Covey wants it returned to the store it was originally purchased from). If this third bag falls apart, I will not buy another product from this manufacturer.
