Comments about Le Carre Graph Notepad 8 x 8 by Rhodia:

The binding wasn't as nice as previous notebads I've purchased from Rhodia[...] this is also a testament as to how easily this product's cover will bend and creas which is inconsistent with it's promotion of durability...

Service and delivery comments:

I did not receive my delivery in good condition. I would have returned it, however the return policy required that I send it back and pay for postage up-front which was inconvenient. I would assume that Franklin Covey stands by their products, yet I was suprised to find the three very expensive note pads I purchased were bent in various places and had just looked used and thrown around. I purchased the RHODIA large meeting notebook, color notebook and graphing pad. The items were obviously just thrown in the box; there was no tissue paper or anything to wrap each item- from past experience, 100% of the products I've purchased or were delivered to me where wrapped in some way to protect the items during delivery. Needless to say, I was very unhappy with this purchase and will not be ordering from this company again.
