An outstanding ball point pen. It has nice weight to it so it feels like more expensive pens.

Service and delivery comments:

I ordered two pens. One engraved, one not. The engraved pen arrived with silver satin barrel, not blue lacquer as ordered. In spite of sending an e-mail with pictures and requesting the correct barrel I have yet to receive a reply from customer service about the replacement.

The Greenwich is a great pen for the price. I have found it to be sturdy and it has a good feel in the hand. The only drawback is that the laquer used on the blue pen barrel comes off easily.
