I've been using Franklin Covey software for many, many years including this product. I upgraded to Windows 7 and Outlook 2010. I tried PlanPlus for one day - the features don't work correctly and it kept crashing Outlook. I can't believe Franklin Covey hasn't addressed this.

Years ago, I used Planplus for Outlook and loved it. However, I have not been able to use any version post-Vista. I currently use Windows 7 and Outlook 2010. I hoped that FC finally had the "bugs" worked out, but could not use the program for more than 5 minutes. Any attempt to go to the Home page results in a crash. If they ever figure this out, I will be a faithful customer. Until then, I will save my money.

I have used Franklin for years but this latest version it horrible. Intermitten issues with the calendar not displaying correctly in the home view, shuts down outlook, excessive time to open up. One issue after another. when you call the support they only want to help if you pay them.

Since it couldn't/wouldn't operate in Outlook 2007 then it was a complete waste of time and tech support was not helpful at all.

I have used the product for 4 months now and love the setup. It looks different in windows xp than it does in vista. Don't have windows 7, so can't comment on that one. Works well but is slow loading in xp. can sync calendar and contacts with android using my phone explorer, tasks do not convert with appropriate priority. However, there is an android app, but not readily seen or available, I found it by going through the posts here. company should make that more easily found. Initially the system caused crashes to outlook 2010, but a patch appears to have fixed that, would like it to show multiple email accounts on the tabs for email, but I only get one account - probably need to talk to tech department to get that fixed. Overall, I use this daily and would recommend to others, actually I have. If you have windows or palm phone, sync is quick and easy, android - get an app and you will sync. the system is great, just have to use it. The more you use it the better you find the system to be. Like all things good a little patience in learning the system may be required, I found it fairly intuitive, but some may need to take time and go through the manual. I LOVE the Program. Initial reviews do not reflect the current situation. As a lawyer and investor, this program handles the heavy scheduling demands and project (case) planning that I need, while allowing optimal prioritization.

I never can get to the home page for Franklin Covey with out Outlook crashing. The tasks that I create do not show up on my calander though at the bottom of the calander page there is a section for tasks to do for the day. I had such faith in Franklin Covey name I didn't even read the reviews.Everything does not seem to be in sync.

Does not interface will with Outlook 2010. In fact, I had to removed the program as I kept getting locked out of Outlook until I dumped the program. Does not open independently, and does not add anything to Outlook that I couldn't do within Outlook anyway.

This worked for a while but now when I click on the home page it shuts down outlook completely. I have to restart my email and can not use the home page of the organizer

I was so excited that this software had been upgraded and works with Outlook 2010: by the way its almost 2012 and I am sure outlook 2013 is coming.

what a shame - within 3 hours it was crashing.

oh and buy the way you cna not buy a 32 bit machine anymore, so hopefully someone is working on the fix

I would take this of the market and fix it, the fact it is being sold is quite frankly not suitable to the Franklin Covey Brand name.
