I selected it because of size and apparent style and also because I had used Franklin Covey handbags before and liked them. However, the leather finish almost makes it look as if it's a fake leather. I couldn't return it because I needed to travel the next day and needed the dual functionality - to hold my laptop and also function as a handbag.

This is a great tote. Rich leather sturdy and very large compartment. only downfall is not having just a few more pockets. love the outside pocket my smart phone fits in perfect and the front pocket fits my planner. Love it.

The color of green is beautiful and works well for Spring and Summer. The lining is fresh, light, and appealing. The quality of leather falls short of expectation. The bottom seam is already showing stress signs. Will not last an entire season.

It's slightly darker than I hoped but otherwise I am very happy with it and will probably use it till it wears out, which won't be soon because the leather is just right - soft and supple but thick enough to be strong. The outer pocket holds my organiser diary/address book comfortably and I love all the little pockets inside. It really is helping me to stay better organised. Plus the simple style means it's easy to wear with smart and casual outfits and a bright scarf etc.

I use it all day long, and at night too. I can't buy other bags and totes than Franklin ones. Unfortunately no shop in France. I prefer to buy one per year than other trademark. Was disapointed only once. This is my 4th tote purchase. After 14 years my binder was in really bad condition, unfortunaltely my friends offered me one of other trademark. Can't use you beautiful and convenient refills...
In a word I made advertising for your totes to all my friends. If you need somebody to open a shop in Le Havre :-)
