This is a great planner... trust me, I've done extensive research and tried many things. The pages are best suited for ballpoint pens - rollerball/gel/fountain will tend to bleed through or at least be very visible from the opposite side - but I mostly use pencil anyway as schedules often change. This planner provides enough space on the left page to cover appointments throughout the week and a full page of two-columns for notes/things to remember for that particular week. Plus, it's compact enough to carry around in my hand and brief case without being cumbersome.

This was perfect! I'm looking forward to 2013!

This product is beautiful and well constructed. I bought the pink one and the color and design is perfect. I use mine as a weekly planner and personal journal to track workouts, to do lists and appointments. There is room for financial planning, personal notes and random thoughts! I love this planner and will purchase a new one for 2013.

I have been a devoted Franklin Covey user for many years, but it's getting harder and harder to find a product that suits my needs. They have scaled back SO MUCH on the ring-bound products! Especially, the ones with the slimmer rings. The page layout of this product is perfect for me, but the bound format is too limiting. This weekly layout would be great for ring-bound planner so that I can customized it with additional forms.

Also: Please, please, bring back some 3/4" ring classic planners!

I was looking for an organizer that said "professional", matched my other leather goods, large enough to write in and stuff notes (as needed), but small enough to fit in my tote bag without taking up too much room, and that is exactly what I got! It has multiple calendar views, so there's room for stuff I just want to see on a monthly calendar (ex holidays, birthdays, events) and room for more personal things (ex. meetings, appointments, or repairs) on the weekly view. Then there's even more room to include to do lists, shopping lists, and tasks!! It looks like its going to be a great year :-)

I ordered my product on 12/29/11 and didn't get it until 01/10/12. According to the tracking info, it went from Utah to California and then made its way back to me on the East Coast. I'm not sure if that's the norm, but it definitely stretched to the end of 5-7 business days.

I really like the look, feel and size of this planner. I haven't fully decided yet, but right now I'm not using it because there is not enough writing space for all of my tasks. I run operations for my company and I need something that has more space to add tasks and appointments. I found myself not wanting to write in it because I was conserving space. I would recommend this to a friend who cared about an attractive planner. Honestly though, you can find the same kind of planner for half the price at you local supplie store.

Last year I had purchased the weekly planner that is 4 1/4 x 6 3/4 inches which I prefer over this one which is 7 1/4 x 5 1/2. The smaller one was easier to carry & fit in my purse. The smaller one had a magnetic clasp to keep it closed and a pocket in the back cover, which I really miss. The major consideration for me is that the smaller one opens so that it lays flatter & is easier to write in. I like the hot pink color of this year's planner, but the spine is stiff, so that I had to work it to lay open to easily write in it, but now the cover does not close flat but stays open at an angle which catches on items when I try to put it in my purse. I could easily have done without the extra pages for the maps & charts. As you can tell, I really miss the design that was available for 2011.

The binding on this planner is very stiff making it difficult to open to write in. I wanted a planner to use not just look pretty. Also if you take it out of the cellophane paper to look at it, it is not returnable.
