I bought this cover for my wire bound planner, because the other planner I tried to purchase was no longer in stock. I have to say that I really like it and even though the color/style varieties were limited it definitely was not a bad alternative. I hope to use it for many years. If not, then you will see another review.

The only complaint I have is that the name plate came in a separate delivery and there was no such indication of the separation b/t the planner cover and the nameplate. I had to call to find out about this. A simple notation on the invoice would have been helpful.

I chose this planner cover on two criteria: I needed a several spaces/pockets for loose documents and a section to insert a notepad; also, I needed a color that could work year-round. It's exactly what I needed to I'm happy. My only caution is that the color is much darker in real life vs how it looks on the website so if you're hoping for a light to medium charcoal color this will likely disappoint.

I wanted a cover for the Metropolitan Wirebound I have switched to from the Monticello and my bulky zip classic binder (which I've had for almost 20 years.) The matrix isn't fancy, doesn't require a lot of maintenance, seems to be durable and is space-conservative. I am looking forward to employing it with the Metro planner in 2012.
