A: Yes, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all products, including clearance. You can return any item(s) for a refund within 30 days of receiving your order (not including shipping). Items being returned must be new, unopened, in sellable condition, and accompanied by the original receipt or return authorization. You would be responsible for any return shipping costs unless the item(s) you received were damaged in transit, defective, or are different than what appears on your original order confirmation. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.

A: Yes, clearance items have our same product guarantee. Our 100% guarantee provides you with a full refund or store credit when you return any purchase within 30 days. Product must be new and unopened and accompanied by an original receipt. Credit will be issued in the same form as the original payment. For credit cards, please allow two billing cycles for credit to appear on your statement. We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
