United StatesI have used your products for decades and generally have really appreciated them for their well designed if utilitarian function. But, the page finders have been slowly been degrading in their design. They are increasingly flimsier, crack and break more easily, and generally are less well made. The rings on the storage binders now often arrive with the teeth misaligned so they have to be carefully adjusted every time calendar pages are inserted or removed. In contrast, my leather-bound datebook remains beautiful, well made and with a beautiful patina. I wish all your products had the same durability and craftsmanship, from covers, to rings, to the humble brut crucial page finder. Why make a product your customers touch multiple times a day LESS satisfying?
